This article suggests the teachings of the elaboration and the experiment, by a multidisciplinary workgroup of LabEx ITEM, interdisciplinary methodological device and tool-frieze, around a processuelle approach of the dynamics in the territories of mountain. The formal elements necessary for its construction allowed to establish a common language and to facilitate the interdisciplinary dialogue. By the multiplicity of its ingredients, their temporality and their interactions, the positioning of events, sequences and dynamic links, this tool-frieze makes visible the breaks and the continuities, the transitions or the reorganizations and contributes to the dynamic analysis and gives a complex to transformations of a territory.

Cet article propose de tirer les enseignements de l’élaboration et l’expérimentation, par un groupe de travail pluridisciplinaire du LabEx ITEM, d’un dispositif méthodologique transdisciplinaire et d’un outil-frise, autour d’une approche processuelle des changements dans les territoires de montagne. Les éléments formels nécessaires à sa construction ont permis d’établir un langage commun et de faciliter le dialogue interdisciplinaire. Par la multiplicité de ses ingrédients, leurs temporalités et leurs interactions, le positionnement d’événements, de séquences et de liens dynamiques, cet outil-frise rend visible les ruptures et les continuités, les bifurcations, transitions ou recompositions et contribue à l’analyse dynamique et complexe des transformations d’un territoire.
