Impact énergétique d'un spray sur un échangeur de chaleur à air

Résumé

Fine spray misters invested displays of fruits and vegetables in hypermarkets and terraces during the days of heat wave. Misting is also used for rapid chilling of carcasses to improve the heat exchange surface and reduce weight losses. Today, misting technique extends to the dry cooling towers, air conditioning batteries and air condensers refrigerating plants to improve their energy efficiency. The goal : saving energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. We seek, through this article to highlight the various parameters involved in returning doping energy performance related to the integration of this process on a refrigeration system air condenser.
